Powder NBR(Special for friction material)

The powder NBR has good adhesion and adhesion to the phenolic resin to increases the bonding ability of the friction material to improve the flexibility of the friction material.

Liquid nitrile series are dominated by butadiene, acrylonitrile with or ,without other functional group,are viscous liquid rubber at ordinary temperature.the average molecular weight is usually below 10,000.

Special Styrene Butadiene Rubber(SBR)for Road Asphalt Modification

Modified asphalt is used for highway surface layer and road maintenance. Road asphalt dosage is increasing.in 2015,China's total highway mileage reached 4.5 million kilometers,highway total mileage reached 108 thousand kilometers,ranking the fist in the world

Powder NBR(Special for PVC modification

Powder nitrile rubber (PNBR),a power elastomer made by a special process,is the copolymer of low temperature polymerization by butadiene and acrylonitrile . State of raw rubber has block,emulsion,liquid,graininess and powder.

NBR/PVC

NBR/PVC is made of melt & mixed nitrile rubber(NBR)and polyvinyI chloride (PVC).Since NBR and PVC have good compatibility.they can be blended in any proportion.
